Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of our resident Deer's, baby fawns, & possibly a Bear grazing in the grass near by. A few minute drive further up the mountain you can find hiking trails or even enjoy fishing on the Fraser River (around the back of the mountain)

Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison Hot Springs and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

This is a clean and cozy little home, not spacious or luxurious. However, when you end the day's tiring journey, it will bring you complete physical and mental relaxation. It is comfortable, convenient and well-equipped.Features a 50" TV (Prime Video) and easy access to downtown shopping, dining and hiking.This unit has no stairs and has its own entrance. Superb in season salmon river fishing, with lakes and trails nearby. While the summer months are the most popular, garden lovers will appreciate the months of April and May and the burst of colour.
