My family originally stayed at Hidden Bay as renters and we liked it so much we bought it & kept the name! It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.

Oxbo Resort - Cabin 4

Newly remodeled cabin located at the Oxbo Resort. The Oxbo Bar & Grill is located just a short walk down the hill. The Oxbo Resort is located along the shores of the Flambeau River, in the heart of the Flambeau River State Forest, and is adjacent to Sawyer County snowmobile and ATV trail #36. State game lands are within a short walk and a cross country ski trail is less than 2 miles away. Check in after 3pm. Well behaved dogs allowed for a nominal per dog per visit charge.

Welcome to our newly constructed cabin. Our cabin features an open concept design, with tons of windows and natural light flooding the space. Whether you're snuggled up on the couch or cooking in the kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The basement has a game room, complete with an air hockey table, foosball table. After a long day of hiking, biking, or hanging out on the water unwind on the deck or catch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV.
