The accommodation which will host is located in the historic area of Marghera, one of the few examples of a city-garden in Italy. Designed in the '20s , this part of town has retained a harmonious relationship between buildings and green spaces. Via Castelli is a road marked by centuries-old ash limited to the edges of flower beds well-tended green . It is a very quiet area where you can stay without the worry of any particular type of noise. The B&B is located a few kilometers from the highway and is easily accessible with little guidance . You can park your car In front of the gate of the B&B without any worries . You can forget it for the whole period of your stay , because you will reach the historic center of Venice using the convenient public transportation available, which will transport you in a few minutes to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The room , is very welcoming and you will have a spacious private bathroom in front of the room, only shower is shared with us, family . An Italian breakfast is prepared in the room , just to allow the greatest degree of freedom and privacy . If you decide to eat around the B&B we can recommend the Pizzeria "Al Giardinetto ", where you can enjoy a good pizza and great pasta dishes. If you want to be late " Al Vapore " historic jazzclub the mainland, you can listen to good music . You also can enjoy to eat at the osteria " diplomatico" venetian fish specialities. Venice in its extreme beauty, is not the only attraction that will entertain you during your stay . Worth a visit other places, other attractions that can be reached easily from the place of your stay. Not everyone knows that Venice is a beach very important, both for its natural charm and a little ' retro , is known for its film festival , which draws in the period of early September , many stars of international cinema . There is then , in the mainland, the Riviera del Brenta , a true representation exists, the fertile period Palladian . Along the road that connects Venice to Padua , you can see some sublime examples of Palladio's art. Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri. Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.
