This property sits in a quiet residential area, about a 16-minute walk from JR Mitaka Station (JC12/JB01). The Ghibli Museum and Inokashira Park are each about a 15-minute walk, making the area convenient for sightseeing. From Mitaka, the Chuo Line reaches Shinjuku in as little as 12 minutes on the Rapid Express (17 on the Rapid). Mitaka is also the Sobu Line’s starting station, so travelers with large luggage can board comfortably from the first stop. Nearby: drugstore 1 min and 7-Eleven 5 min.

Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and 5-7 minutes from Chofu Station. Direct buses run between Chofu and Haneda & Narita Airports and Tokyo Disney Resort. From Chofu, it’s just two stops(15 minutes) to Shinjuku by express train and 22 minutes to Shibuya. A calm, green area with convenient access to Shinjuku.
