The apartment with capacity until 7 people offers 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and a separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, high speed WIFI internet and TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven and microwave. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included. The building has a shared terrace, with access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, elevator and washing machines and clothes dryer. To access the terrace you have to go up one floor by the stairs. Places of interest: Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, Parlament de Catalunya, Born district, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar Church, Gothic quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the beaches of Barcelona! BE CAREFUL: Check all the rules of the house, it's a family building totally specialized for FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FOR ALL OUR APARTMENTS with very strict rules and SPECIFIC SCHEDULES OF LIFE. It is forbidden to make noise or cause any discomfort to neighbors. The price of the apartment depends on the number of guests. Fixed price up to 4 guests. Important to specify the total number of guests to see the final price. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAXES The tourist tax of € 6,25* person * night is not included in the price. It applies to those over 16 and for the first 7 nights of the stay. From April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person per night. Another increase is planned for October 1, 2026.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
