We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
