Little House, Exmoor National Park, Somerset

This non smoking cedar clad pod stands at the head of a private valley surrounded by green fields, framed by a distant tree lined sky line. Wildlife is found in abundance, foxes and badgers roam and you might be lucky and spot red stags and hinds passing through. You will definitely hear the red stags roar in the autumn rutting (mating) season. You will not hear any road noise, only bird song. The pod is a star gazer's paradise, being in a dark sky reserve, with owls and bats flitting past.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Linnets is a large, three-bedroom semi-detached house with a modern Swedish hot tub that seats 6, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, set in a very pretty garden. Linnets is proud to be fully wheelchair accessible. Downstairs there is a spacious wet room with grabs rails and shower chair. The kitchen also has some low-level worktops, and the living room is fitted with a hearing loop.
