This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

The Crib is a NEW place in an old 1920 house with modern décor and amenities, easy walking distance to the famous Sponge docks, and lots of local Greek restaurants/bakeries. Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.
