Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

There is parking available at the rear for 2 vehicles, and a spacious open plan kitchen and dinning room. Lounge with TV and plenty of games and DVDs to get away from it all! Well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, fridge and microwave. Extension room with downstairs toilet and shower. Within walking distance of cinema, restaurants and Cleveleys centre.

Our wooden cabin is tucked within Patty’s Barn, a family-run coastal retreat on the Morecambe Bay coast near Lancaster. Walk straight onto the coastal path from your door and enjoy wide open views and sunsets. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and features a cosy open-plan living space with a fire. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are fully equipped and located just a few steps away (around 10 seconds).

Set in a quiet, leafy residential area, my place is 10-15 minutes walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. The tram stop for Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk. It's good for couples, singles, and business travellers. This first floor flat has its own private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.
