You’re just a four-minute bike ride from the scenic 25-mile Fruit & Wine Byway, Clifton Nature Park and Colorado River. There are more than a dozen wineries and orchards within a picturesque 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The garage offers space to safely store bicycles or kayaks. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Note: We don't rent to locals.

Recent review: The best place we've ever stayed at, hands down! The location felt like a dead end road, yet close to everything. The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Owners Note: One (1) dog 45 lbs max allowed unless an additional dog is approved in advance, please include # of people and # of dogs when booking.

FUN Chicken Coop converted house ~ no cleaning fee

A Chicken COOP Guest House, set in the backyard area of an Old Colorado home built in 1912. Sitting amongst green lush lawns, vegetable & flower gardens you will definitely enjoy. We have a massive tree with a large swing. We have a pro style trampoline. A crafty artist made cornhole set, made out of skis. We also have a hot tub for you to use. Charming ranch home on a small six acre farm 5 miles east of downtown Grand Junction. It has beautiful views of Mount Garfield and the Grand Mesa. The house is 6 miles from Palisade and a short drive to the Orchards of Orchard Mesa. Skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort is a short 40 minute drive. Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive. The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.
