La maison Seguin offre 120m2 pour 6/7 personnes avec vue sur le Château de Commarin, construite au 18e siècle par la propriétaire du Château, la maison Seguin a été rénovée entièrement pour créer un confort moderne tout en gardant son charme authentique, tant dans la maison que dans le charmant jardin privé . Située dans le centre du village, mais en retrait de la route, elle offre un repos inégalable. Tourisme, balades, dégustations, baignades au lac de Panthier, tout est à portée de main!

Maison au calme, dans un cadre naturel, les écureuils font cabrioles et grignotages, elle a conservé tout son cachet d'antan avec ses poutres apparentes, ses murs en pierres et sa cheminée ancienne. A l'étage, l'espace nuit se compose de 3 parties distinctes, cloisonnées par des verrières tendances qui laissent passer la lumière. Jardin privatif non clos et parking privé. Sa localisation centrale dans la ville, à proximité des restaurants, des monuments et des transports en communs vous est dédiée à la détente et à la relaxation.

Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.

Il est parfaitement isolé pour vous accueillir confortablement en ÉTÉ comme en HIVER.
