It is a great spot for hunting, fishing, hiking, and boating. If you would rather stay in, you could enjoy watching the deer, take in a sunset from our covered front porch, or sit and visit around the fire pit. Everyone visited this site during it's preparation, from visiting friends to the electricians, plumbers and others, fell in love with it. Many joked that this is where they wanted to stay if they got in the "dog house" with their wife; hence the nickname that stuck.
