Cosy Vivienda Rural in 300 year old orange Farmhouse, Registered & Pet Friendly, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada.The farm is surrounded by orange groves and grows olives etc. The Vivienda Rural is located near authentic Spanish villages in the Andarax valley & Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious Casa is self-contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen/lounge and terrace spaces available outside. Reg: VTAR/AL/00759

Casa JULIANA en barrio árabe de Capileira

Casa en La Alpujarra Árabe, ubicada en El Barrio más antiguo de Capileira, el lugar más tranquilo y mágico del pueblo. Rodeada de sonidos de fuentes, acequias, montañas, rutas de senderismo y el Río Poqueira. La casa consta de dos plantas. Arriba hay un dormitorio con baño en suite, terraza con vistas a la montaña, Salón con chimenea y dos sillones-cama. Abajo hay otro salón-comedor con cocina americana y estufa de leña. Totalmente equipada y con WIFI. No calefacción. Solo chimeneas. No hay TV.

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. We are offering our lovingly restored ,ancient and quiet villagehouse beside our big garden with views onto the Sierra Nevada mountains. The house is set in the romantic village of Jorairatar, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. Perfect place for walking and cycling activities and to explore this yet undiscovered part of the " Las Alpujarras " . Jorairatar has a couple of small supermarkets and the little town of Ugijar is only under 15 min cardrive away and provides most things.

Es una casa tradicional situada en el borde del pueblo con vistas a los picos más altos de la península, el Mulhacén 3482 y el Veleta. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .

Está situada en el "Barrio Alto" que es el más típico y singular de Trevélez, por conservar los elementos más tradicionales de la arquitectura alpujarreña. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
