The newly renovated lake house sets on a birds eye view of the lake where large mouth and white bass, channel and flathead catfish as well as many more are yours for the casting. Waterfowl include Pelicans, cranes, great blue heron and many more are seen through the year. This smoke free home offers a king, queen, and full bed. You can BBQ or just relax on the patio. The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. The caboose has a queen size bed, small living area, half bath, mini fridge and coffee bar. Smart TVs and WI-FI in each. Relax and unwind at this one of a kind retreat.

The clubhouse has coin laundry, fitness and pool tables along with a conference area. There are vending machines as well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Lake Champion Lodge is a perfect place for family reunions, birthday parties, holidays, fishing clubs, hunters or just a west Texas weekend getaway. Also has 1 full RV hookup. Lake Champion is only a fishing lake. (no water sports allowed) NO more than 20 people allowed. NO large parties or Weddings! No outside music after 12:00am. NO DJs.
