My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

The Happy Cottage - Historic Downtown Dairy

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. It has been transformed into a beautiful fabulously furnished one bedroom cottage, complete with a full bath and fully stocked kitchen.
