It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. You will have full use of a shared firepit, BBQ, Covered space, and shared Laundry for long term quests.

Situated on private land just off Beaver Point Road (about seven minutes from Fulford Harbour by vehicle), you'll find an abundance of things to do nearby, with a host of hiking routes close by, and Weston Lake; Saltspring Cheese Farm; and the beautiful Ruckle Park all within a five-minute drive.

(Km37) Surrounded by stunning beaches, pristine forest and coastal hikes, refreshing lakes and rivers, wildlife and natural beauty galore. A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
