Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

The Cottage at Woodlands is a modern ,contemporary self catering apartment that overlooks the beautiful west Lyn Valley with the sounds of birds and the distant rushing river. The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Lee, is a small village nestled in a valley between Woolacombe, with its great surfing beach and the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe. Lee, has its own cove, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage, perfect for rock pooling or why not try the bathing beach, accessible at low tide or via the coast path. There is a pub - The Grampus Inn, a 2 minute walk from Seal cottage, with its delightful beer garden. There are numerous idyllic footpaths to explore Lee and much further!

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

A traditional stone cottage set on a country lane on the edge of the village of Belstone, with its cosy interior is just the place to relax after a day on Dartmoor. St Anthonys Cottage is a few minutes walk from Belstone with The Tors pub, tea room, church, village stocks, and Dartmoor on your doorstep. Private garden, parking, wifi, lounge and well equipped kitchen, on the first floor are two bedrooms one double and one twin, bathroom.
