This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Amazing Sunsets! Flat yard, super easy parking. This super spacious 3 bedroom, 1800 sf house is perfect for family and friend get togethers. Walking distance to several restaurants and breweries. Inside you will find a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 large bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and a 100' dock with your own water trampoline! Shallow beach area is perfect to walk right into the water. Very flat yard perfect for outside fun!

Relax and recharge in a freshly updated, modern lakefront cottage. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the tranquil south end of Conesus Lake. This four bedroom, one bath cottage has a completely redone, fully-equipped kitchen to allow for home cooked meals during your stay. End each night with a perfect sunset over the west side of the lake. You will have direct beach access to the water, as well as a private dock for fishing or boating. A fire pit, water float and kayaks are also available.

Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.
