Cloud View at Ever-Rest

Stay cozy over the colder period and join us to enjoy our beautiful apartment. Whatever your winter tipple maybe, enjoy it in front of our log burner. Cloud View at Ever-Rest is located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Gillow Heath is a quiet rural area, very near the Cheshire boarder, offering lovely views. The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break. Clay pigeon shooting experiences available.

Flat 2 (two bed apartment)

A ground floor apartment located at the rear of a detached Georgian style building sharing a private rear entrance with one other apartment. Each flat has a dedicated parking spot, secure gated access to the main property by means of a key code gateway. The flat has its own kitchen with fridge and freezer and washing machine/dryer. The flat is sanitised every time it’s cleaned in line with covid cleaning spec. The flat comes with dedicated parking for two cars on the property next to the door.

Private annex flat amongst the fields

Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space

The Cowshed @ Highfield

Charming Cowshed conversion connected to the main house but with own private entrance. Bijou bedroom with en-suite and wardrobe, with a nice sized sitting room with sofa, TV and Tea and coffee making facilities. 2 minutes walking distance from a local pub with food and a 5 minute drive from the Peak District National Park. Close to Bosley Cloud a local 1-2 hour trek of 2.5 miles, to see views across the Cheshire Plain. Scenic canal side walk 2 mins away. No kitchen but kettle & coffee machine!

Beautiful, luxury, bright, spacious, brick-black clad Garden Bothy. Self contained. Bifold door opens onto a large south facing terrace looking out with lovely views onto our farmland. Double bed, high thread count sheets & plentiful towels. Modern luxury bathroom with large rainfall shower. Walking distance/short drive to Merrydale Manor Wedding Venue & less than 5 min drive to Colshaw Hall. Walkable to the excellent ‘The Dog’ pub. Walkable to main line train station to Manchester- Crewe.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Sky View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Introducing our brand new Sky View Lodge (completed June 2024). With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

The Loft

Self contained garage flat, living/ bedroom area with ensuite and kitchenette. 5 mins from Somerford Park Farm Equestrian Centre, close to the market towns of Congleton, Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, 10min drive from M6, 30mins from Manchester Airport. Close to Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Crewe and Macclesfied stations. Shops 2min drive, numerous country pubs within a 5min drive. Overnight stabling may be available on request at additional cost.
