La casa está en zona de pinares y a 100m de la playa, es de estilo minimalista y muy cómoda, ya que para garantizar la accesibilidad, dispusimos en la planta baja el dormitorio de matrimonio principal con cama de 150cm con cuarto de baño "en suite" y otra habitación con cama de matrimonio de 135 cm . En la planta de arriba hay un cuarto de baño y 2 dormitorios; uno con 2 camas y el otro con una cama nido (2 indiv.) y cama de matrimonio.

Luminoso apartamento muy bien situado. Zona muy tranquila y céntrica, a escasos 10 min. andando de la playa y a 3 min. de la zona de bares, restaurantes, tiendas..... con zonas de aparcamientos cercanas. Cocina totalmente equipada. Aire acondicionado y calefacción, wifi, etc. Es una primera planta y la terraza se encuentra en la parte superior.
