Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Tranquility Oak is located on Lake Wanteska inside Connestee Falls, a gated community in the Western North Carolina mountain town of Brevard (20 minutes to downtown and 60 minutes to Asheville). Southern Comfort at it's finest. Country living with easy access to all the art, music, and food that Brevard has to offer. Perfect for mountain bikers and hikers! Just twenty minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Dupont State Forest. We took the 1950 cabin, home to the legendary bootlegger Clyde McCall, lifted it up and put a new footer, foundation, and sun room addition. Next, we set it back down and totally refurbished from the studs out. Everything is new inside and out.
