To access the property you drive onto a bridge with its own stream running below. There are two cosy bedrooms and french doors which lead out onto a south facing sun terrace.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

Primrose Cottage is a cosy space located in the ancient village of Angarrack. The village is tranquilly nestled in a small valley formed by the Angarrack river, which flows past the bottom of the cottage's garden, underneath the Angarrack Viaduct, designed by Brunel. Angarrack is ideally located for access by road (2 mins from the A30) and mainline rail (St Erth station is 10 mins away by car).
