We are located in the majestic White Mountains, an acclaimed 4 seasons recreational area offering: hiking, kayaking, ATV, skiing/snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Small trailer+1 vehicle parking. Cozy A-frame (500 sq ft) that only sleeps 2 people in 1 queen bed overlooking Back Lake and on the trails. Ride from the cabin! Perfect location (Beach Rd) close to all activities - ATV/snowmobile rentals, kayaking, canoeing, boating, hiking, hunting, beach/swimming & fishing. We provide a dock, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe shared with our Dockside cabin guests. 1st, 2nd, 3rd CT & Lake Francis are minutes away. Cook, BBQ or several restaurants are nearby.

Back Lake Waterfront - ATV/Snowmobile Trail Access

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Picturesque, close to hiking trails or just lying in the grass listening to the brook, enjoying a snooze in the sun. Opportunities for rock climbing, hiking, bird watching with guides are available thru a variety of sources. Truly a place to work, rest, and play.

Escape and experience off grid camping with no electricity, phone. (ATT cell phone users usually have great reception) , or internet in a very beautiful but easily accessible old style family cabin on Big Averill lake. Running water and showers if spring water is available. The water is shut off mid October for the winter but local water pump source .7 mile away all year.
