You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.
