House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

In pochi minuti a piedi si accede a Costa Corallina con magnifiche spiagge attrezzate e libere, servizi bar e ristorante, e poi al paese di Porto San Paolo. A pochi km altre spiagge molto belle!
