Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have a lovely cozy house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing place has a private terrace, 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room and equipped kitchen. With beautiful art and design and comfortable furniture in all rooms and terrace. Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)

Tem louças, máquina de café Dolce Gusto, máquina de lavar roupa, fogão e forno, micro-ondas, frigorífico, televisão flat e WIFI, por fibra óptica, em todo o apartamento.

Bem-vindo à Casa Caliça, uma encantadora casa de praia com uma localização privilegiada, a apenas 15 metros (2 minutos a pé) das areias douradas da praia da Fonte da Telha. Inspirada na simplicidade e autenticidade da vida à beira-mar, esta casa é uma homenagem ao meu avô, refletindo o espírito acolhedor e familiar da vila de pescadores onde está situada.

Turtle Beach House (Ocean view)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.

Cabana Zojora

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
