Quirky elevated cottage called Tigeen, little house in Irish. It is hard to adequately describe the beauty of the setting of this cottage, I fell in love with it before ever being inside. It is totally private without being isolated, it is on its own little hill overlooking the bay of Liscannor and within walking distance to the Cliffs. Inside the walls are 3-foot-thick with the cottage being over 200 years old and has hand -made interior wooden shutters to cover the large light filled windows

The Garage is a SMALL quirky, cosy, comfortable, self contained Garage convertion. The space is small! The bed is a standard 4’6” double . The en-suite is SMALL! distant sea views. Excellent WiFi. Lahinch town and beach are a pleasant 10 minute stroll. 10 km from The Cliffs of Moher. While we are happy to host for just one night, many guests who have arrived for one night have said they wished they’d booked for 2 because there’s lots to see and enjoy and it’s nice to have time to relax

The Log Cabin is an ideal base for exploring the Burren, Ailwee Caves and the Cliffs of Moher as well as many other tourist attractions in the area. Cullinan House also known as Traditional Farmhouse is the original farmhouse for the Cullinan family going back many generations. It now sits along side The Old Cowshed which has been converted to living accommodation. Both are set on a 20 acre traditional farm overlooking the Burren National Park. The property is 5 min by car from the Village of Corofin and 14 minutes from Ennis the county town of County Clare. The Wild Atlantic Way and Cliffs of Moher are within 20 minutes of the property.

Aughinish Island is accessed by a 1 km causeway (not tidal) and is an area of unspoilt beauty with local pebble beaches a five minute walk away and the sandy beach of Traught a ten min drive away (8 km). You'll be staying on the Clare-Galway border with both the wildness of the Burren and Galway city at your doorstep.
