A földszintjén tágas nappali van kandallóval, kijárattal a tó fölötti teraszra, felszerelt konyha, kamra, tusolóval ellátott fürdőszoba. A nagy, közös hálószoba az emeleten található. The apartment is at 5 minutes walk to Coresi Shopping Center and 20 minutes by bus to the Old City Center (4 km distance). The train station is at 15 minutes by bus (2 km).
