This cozy cottage known as "Casa Escuela" was originally a school house in the late 1890's, that belonged to my great grandfather and passed down generations. This newly remodeled home has an outside patio with beatiful views. It is within walking distance (1.5mile) to Georgia O’keeffe home, nearby Rio Chama, hiking to nearby caves. 1 mile from Hunting road (CR189), nearby grocery store known as Bode's. 10 miles to the Abiquiu Lake. Approximately 14 miles to Ghost Ranch, NM. A perfect getaway

La Bonita ~ Sweet Abiquiu Guest Cottage

La Bonita ~ a welcoming Abiquiu Guest House in Georgia O'Keeffe country surrounded by stunning views of Cerro Pedernal and Sierra Negra. There's a full eat in kitchen and two additonal outdoor dining areas. One off the bedroom veranda and one off the downstairs kitchen entrance. Lounge in the upstairs living room with large picture windows to take in the scenery. Full bath features a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Large BR with a Queen mattress has a sitting area + door out to the veranda.

The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Viento del Rio is a perfect place to absorb the serenity of the Abiquiu area. Located off the beaten path (but not too far) centrally located to many area wonders. There are numerous places to hike nearby. Views of mountains (including Pedernal) in all directions are stunning. Nearby attractions include Plaza Blanca, Georgia O'Keefe Welcome Center and Ghost Ranch. Easy drive to Taos and Santa Fe. A truly lovely place to rest, relax and take in all the nearby sites and activities.

This cottage is an architectural gem - think "tiny living," with intelligent design. 30 min from beautiful Abiquiu Lake & Georgia O'keefe country. Many activities await the adventurous-at-heart: Hike Pedernal, SUP and mountain bike to name a few :)

Hawk House

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!

The Casita at Prado Verde Ranch

The Casita at Prado Verde Ranch has a rustic feel and will take you back in time. The ranch, located along the Chama River, is a 200-acre working ranch in Abiquiu NM. The main ranch house, well over 100 years old, is home to the Newell family and Newell Cattle. It is winter pasture and spring calving grounds for the cattle. The home site was originally settled by Bartolome Trujillo in the 1734. Pottery shards found in the pastures indicate that this site was a Native American settlement.

Guest Room Suite Private Entrance & Bath

10 minute drive to downtown and central part of Los Alamos National Lab. There is a steep driveway and a set of stairs. Once in the room the bathroom is down a little hallway, maybe 10 feet with 3 steps. The room has a mini refrigerator, Keurig, small microwave, message chair, TV with Prime and Netflix. There are drinks, snacks, pods for coffee, tea. Each night stand has an outlet with plugs for phone and laptop. The bath has towels, wash cloths, robes, soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway. Very private, you will have 2 acres to yourself, the owners are NOT on the property. Spend the evening star gazing on the balcony, or roasting marshmallows on the open fire pit. There is also Wi-Fi and two televisions for those who would rather relax indoors. We remodeled the cabin recently, so it is ready for your family’s adventures. During winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be necessary, due to snow.
