It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.

Located in a homely residential estate, the Humsford Hideaway is within walking distance from Cramlington town centre where you can find a cinema, leisure centre, bowling alley, restaurants, parks and a large variety of shops.
