Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.
