You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
