The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Chiggypig is a converted detached annex situated in the grounds of our Victorian home. It was previously an old coach house which we completely renovated into a contemporary living space in 2018. Its elevated position offers views across to Appledore, Hartland Point and Saunton. Decorated to a high spec, it is designed and suitable for couples or a single person looking for a peaceful break away on this gorgeous North Devon coastline.

Board Room @ Green Rooms is a contemporary and spacious one bedroom apartment. 5 meter bi-fold doors from the living area open onto your own private South facing decked garden. A real suntrap with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy.
