From the Villa, there are private steps leading down to our own swimming platform into the sea. There is a traditional Turkish oven in the garden also a gas powered BBQ. Villa Poseidon offers spacious well-appointed rooms, fully air-conditioned, all having stunning sea views. The Villa has beautiful patina aged oak floors in rooms.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. Five minutes walk from the villa there is stop for a lokal dolmus for Kas. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and a well-equipted kitchen. From the Living room and from the large terrasse by the pool you have a perfect view over the Mediteranean Sea. The pool is private and under daily supervision.

Breakfast is included. Our studio opens to a wide terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Surrounded by no neighbors but a maqui forest, accompanied by the sound of the waves from the shore below. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.
