It has a private drive and garden with a terrace looking directly onto the lakeland fells. Plenty to do nearby: Takin Tarn, Hadrian's Wall, Lakes and Dales, Rhegged Centre.

The Hayloft

Whether you are looking for a M6 stopover, visiting the city of Carlisle or exploring the lakes, The Hayloft is a delightful cottage to stay. Situated in Warwick-on-Eden it is within five minutes of the M6 motorway. Dating back to 1842 it overlooks a cobbled courtyard. Tastfully restored some twenty years ago, retaining the original beams it offers a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people. Within walking distance of both the renowned pub, The Queens and Warwick Bridge.

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.
