Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Beach House

Tucked away in South East corner of Ireland, we offer a chance to escape from it all in a private 1 bed cottage. Surrounded by coastal walks wildlife and ideal for bird watchers. We are 400m from sea and 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Wexford town is a 20 min drive with award-winning restaurants.

Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.
