Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier combo, Roku TV, parking in back, deck, front patio, dining room, and sun room. Groceries, cafes, and restaurants all close by.

This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Our bay is great for fishing, but swimming is more enjoyable outside of the bay. 7 min away from the public boat launch. 17 min away from Mall of America and 23 min away from the airport.
