It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. Only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick!
