The Hall Farm was Campsite 1 for the historic Selma to Montgomery Civil Rights March. David Hall courageously volunteered his land so that marchers would have a safe place to stop and rest on their journey. He paid a steep price-Selma banks refused to lend him money to plant the following year. He never regretted his stand for justice. We honor his legacy with this beautifully appointed modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath farmhouse that stands on the site of our original family home.
