Charming East Dallas Room

This charming separate entry room is located in the back of our house. It is our master bedroom suite and the connected door to the house is double locked and soundproofed. Patio and grill are right in front of your entrance. We are behind two schools and there is a park to walk through behind our house. We are located within 5 mins hwy 30 and White Rock lake and 10-12 mins away from 635. We are very chill. We have a cat that is friendly. Laundry would be accessed by request while we are home.

Plenty of places to eat near by and only 15-18 minutes from downtown Dallas. Arlington where the Cowboys stadium, 6 flags, and Global Life Field are located is about a 25 min drive. Keyless entry with special code. No Smoking & No Cats or Dogs allowed due to allergies.
