The backyard patio includes a play house for children with swings, slide, and zip line. Creeper Trail access from stay via the Abingdon Urban Pathway.

This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

We are 2.4 miles to Doe Mountain Recreation Area, ride your ATV from here to there, 15 miles to Watauga Lake, 18.7 miles to Virginia Creeper Trail, 28 miles to Boone, NC. Float the SoHo or Watauga without dealing with Boone. ATV/RV/Boat parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on the new back porch. Kitchen fully equipped. Queen bedroom and king floor mattress in loft. Hear the sounds of the creek right behind the cabin and cross the bridge to see the horses! This Land was home to the Cherokees and offers not only a place to stay but an experience. One time PET FEE $100.00 for ONE small dog under 30lb, additional small dogs $35/each

Bears can sometimes be seen crossing the road or strolling thru the fields Damascus and Mountain City are only minutes away! Our place offers a big yard to enjoy along with a fire pit with firewood furnished. Cornhole and board games are also available. A nice sitting area on the covered back porch to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
