It is 2 acres of non-commercial mango orchard surrounded by hills, forest, occasional snow peak mountains with the natural ecosystem, sounds of birds and silence of nature, clear sky with pure air, and a seasonal stream on the east side.

Nirvana Orchard is spread over 12 acres of land with 4 independent cottages & several common areas for guests to use. There is ample space to feel free, enjoy nature with most beautiful view of the foothills and the sunset. It is about 50 minutes from the Dehradun airport and about five minutes from Mussoorie road.

Surrounded by hills , a seasonal river on the west and a canal on the east side. The location is also known as Do Naali as it is a confluence of 2 canals. There is a continuous sound of water flowing which is very soothing. A small dam exists close by. The farm has a cow and fresh milk can be tasted free of cost. Honey bee keeping is also done. This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
