This bright and spacious loft is conveniently located between two of the best neighborhoods in Ann Arbor, Kerrytown and Water Hill. It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It's right next door to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company and just around the corner from Kerrytown Marketplace and the Farmer's Market (every Wednesday and Saturday). Vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and new furniture are featured throughout as well!

The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks, 1 paddle board and a private dock. The fishing is great here! Outside you will also find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night.
