The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

The views include overlooking the hillside where the livestock and wildlife graze which results in a very quiet, peaceful area with no close neighbors. Prime location to many local close attractions.

Entire House - Relax and Ride at Grace Ranch

This home is on a working horse ranch. Grace Ranch is the place to go to for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. A visit to this little piece of paradise will give you the opportunity to unwind from the busy-ness of life while having the barn and horses right across the pasture. Camping at it's best. It's not fancy but it's peaceful. 3/2 Mobile home on site. Stocked fishing pond on prop. (catfish, bluegil, bass). Catch a bass over 12 in. and a cat over 16 in. You can keep. We have 9 ac. on high ground. There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.

Big Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen size in back bedroom, and front bedroom has two twin beds. Full Kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove. Two bathrooms. This cabin is about 100 feet from the Guadalupe River with good fishing and deep water at dock. Canoe and kayaks available.
