Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Welcome to Grandma's house and make yourselves at home! Comfy couches (one a sleeper), cushy chairs, TV & wifi in the great room are surrounded by woods. In cold weather, watch flames spin in the circular fireplace with firewood supplied. The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
