The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
