Grand two-story house built circa 1913. I took great care in restoring it, leaving all its varied past. Also, now home to an extensive library of a philologist and Latin and Greek scholar. Fairmont is a quiet town. However, 80 years ago it was a thriving world market for tobacco sales. This house was likely one of the boarding houses at the edge of downtown. Main street is a block away and some of the large brick warehouses nearby are still standing. Wilmington/Myrtle Beach are an hour away.

Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Hartley House

This old home has been completely renovated and is situated in the hub of the small town of Latta, SC. There is a wrap around porch with rockers and benches for enjoying the out of doors. The home sits across the street from the Carnegie Library which is being enlarged and improved. Latta is just off of I-95 and is a perfect stop-over for your trip north or south. Myrtle Beach is about one hour away on Highway 501. If you are a racing fan, the Dillon Raceway is a few miles away.

Come relax with the whole family on the outskirts of Lake View, SC. This 1950's building was the mainstay for the locals back in the day for food and drink! Now a cozy vacation home... With a great park with water feature just up the street and the historic mill pond a short drive or walk away. Stores are within walking distance. Myrtle Beach is within an hour drive.
