Quiet neighborhood, with public lands just across the street great for hiking/hunting. Near Clark Canyon Reservoir and famous fly fishing streams(Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers). We are only 1 hr from Maverick Mountain Ski Area , Elkhorn and Jackson Hot Springs. We are also near the Continental Divide trail. Yellowstone National Park is just a 3 hr drive and 2 hrs to Craters of Moon. There is lots to do in our area for the outdoor active person or just to relax in the great Montana mountains.

The house faces the alley with 2 private parking spots and is located within walking distance of downtown Dillon, parks and U of MT Western. Relax in this private suite finely funished to make you feel right at home while away. The Ranc her setting provides a feel for the old time western cowboy and rancher in Southwest Montana. It is fully stocked with coffee, tea, water, popcorn & much more. The living room boasts a 55 inch TV with wifi, queen futon. There is a king bed in the private bedroom. The kitchen is large and spacious with large full size appliances. Washer/dryer plus private access and parking included as well.

This 640 sq. ft. cabin, located in Alder Mt, is nestled on our 80-acre working ranch. The ranch has been a part of our family for over 120 years. You will have seclusion and a great view. Guests are welcome to enjoy private fishing on our stretch of Clear Creek. The Ruby River public fishing access is also within walking distance. Fishing licenses are required. Historic Virginia City is only 10 miles to the east and The Ruby Reservoir is just southwest, about 6 miles away.

The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2.
