Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *Winter 2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

This spacious apartment has stunning views that can be enjoyed while having your morning coffee from the lounge area or a glass of wine on the deck. Located above the Timber & Sage restaurant/bar, it is also linked to the small Café HV Kitchen down the road. Stroll through town and stop for a coffee and a treat! Or fuel up before a hike, swim or cycle. In the winter months enjoy a cosy space to stay before a Ski.
