This well appointed home is located on a cul-de-sac with next to no traffic. It is about 15 minutes away from Sunday River skiing and half that to Main St in Bethel. We are just off of North Road which runs along the north side of the Androscoggin River. A short trail takes you to the river and a snowmobile trail. Other available activities include golf, biking (Evan's Notch), hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Come back to a fireplace and hot tub, or just relax all day.

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.
